Where we work

Cardinal's home ground is Cumberland County, from the Portland peninsula and the Casco Bay islands inland to the Sebago Lakes region and the hills around Bridgton and Baldwin, and we now also cover the Saco Bay towns, the Kennebunks, Sanford and Buxton in York County, plus Topsham and Bath in Sagadahoc County. The houses change with it: 19th-century city homes and triple-deckers, mill-era worker housing, postwar capes and ranches in the inner suburbs, shingle-style summer cottages on the coast, 1980s and 2000s subdivisions, and lake or river camps that sit empty half the year.
