Cardinal Exteriors builds new decks and full deck replacements. Partners Michael McCullum and Robert Milliken lead every project: new footings, new framing, new decking, railings and stairs, built to carry Maine snow and handle freeze-thaw.

Build From the Footings Up
New footings, framing, decking, railings and stairs, with the site cleaned up at the end of each day.

No. We build new decks and replace worn-out decks from the footings up. We do not take on board-by-board repairs, patching or staining jobs.
